Molly and Keith recall the dot com era days as they integrated virtually all of Cisco's mergers and acquisitions (Molly has led over 80+ integrations over her career) and what it was like to work for a high performing team.
Molly further discusses her career journey leading up to high performance team building working with some of the most prominent private equity firms and corporations to develop their "Win as One" mindset and approach. Molly has recently launched a free video series that has garnered over 230,000 views in less than two months.
On this week's Cyber-Tip Keith discusses a new term in Cyber Security called "Dark Patterns". .This is a questionable technique that is not clearly a hack but does prey on human behavior.
On the Pivot, Keith and Molly discuss how organizations can embrace change and develop a "Win as One" teaming approach to make an enduring impact on their teams and themselves.

John discusses the struggle of any company to managed all of the cyber security tools they use due to resource and budget constraints.
